Short-Term Vacation Rentals (STVR)

Angela Bailus has provided her written statement, which was lost on the video due to a camera memory card error during her presentation.

The Land Development Code section 3.06.14 lists the requirements for Short-term Vacation Rentals. The Noise Ordinance is Chapter 22, article III.

Code Enforcement and the Sheriff's Department strongly request you do not confront renters or owners about problems or concerns but call or email Code Enforcement, even after hours or on weekends.
 
All licensed STVR will have a Flagler County Business Tax Number and record which is public information. The HCA found 521 short-term vacation rentals in the Hammock from the County Database on Business Tax status for Vacation Rentals:
1) If you think a STVR is unlicensed, call 386-313-4003 or email Central Permitting.
